there was pressure to conform this rock
to its geometric shape placed
perfectly in the waterfall stream
so months of weather could alter
through different layers of moss
grown under strict conditions
the face never there until the trees
combined to spare their leaves
dropped oddly and held visually
together with a stick to split
this face into more human perceptive shapes
so all those who fail to see will have to say
they find the rock disturbing
in a people sort of way
